During therapy, I have assisted clients with multiple diagnoses. I have worked together with clients who are seeking change, stability, solutions, and growth. My speciality is recovery from sexual (and other) traumas.

I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help prevent and heal suffering that could have solutions despite injustices occurring.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I believe that listening & education are a powerful part of therapy. Learning & using coping skills can help bring balance to managing our stressors.
