My clients describe me as nonjudgmental, approachable, empathetic, curious, and supportive. My clients' goals are my goals.
All kinds of teens and young adults will find a caring environment here, whether you're on the autism spectrum, living with ADHD, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or none of the above at all. My approach is validating, holistic, and down-to-earth.
Your unique experiences are valid; I'm here to listen and support you. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we'll work together to help you envision a fulfilling life and create pathways to your goals.
I work with all types of clients who are struggling with anxiety, grief, self-esteem, relationships, difficult emotions, ADHD, autism, academic or family stress, finding direction in life, or making important decisions around school or career.
I'm passionate about helping all people explore their strengths, honor their needs, and navigate life's challenges.
I offer sessions in person on a comfy couch in Durham or online via video to anyone in NC.
I pull from various therapeutic frameworks as we collaborate to explore what is most important to you and how you can move toward a new experience of life that aligns with your emotional and tangible goals.
