I use a combination of various therapeutic approaches such as CBT and MI to address the identified needs and develop an action plan to improve overall life while decreasing symptoms.

I offer telehealth services in NC with flexible scheduling, including 2 evenings (after hours). I offer a nonjudgmental space. I speak Spanish.

I am Latina and moved to NC 7 years ago. I love and believe in the work I do and this is why I am still in this field. I opened my private practice help clients to manage their life stresses while achieving fulfillment. I provide a safe environment.
