My therapy approach is rooted in authenticity. I believe in connecting with my client in a very genuine way that will assist with building a relationship grounded in trust and safety. I also provide EMDR which can be incredibly powerful .

work on being able to look in the mirror and love the person staring back at you unconditionally. I want to see you live with a sense of peace and fulfillment. Let’s slow down and embrace all the beauty and wonder that this life has to offer.

I specialize in working with people who:

struggle with feeling like they don't belong. Folx who may have been through something that resulted in an installed belief of "I'm not good enough". I'm here to tell you that you are good enough.

I became a therapist because:

for me, being in a non-judgmental space with someone who just wanted to listen proved to be transformative and incredibly validating.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy virtually so you will see my home office with little pops of color and appearances made by my pups and kitty cat!

More about me and my practice:

I spent a lot of my life feeling like I needed to hide or apologize for who I am. People and institutions told me that I didn't fit their mold so that meant that I just didn't matter. Screw that! We are beautiful and unique humans, we matter!
