I hold a core belief that no one wants to be "bad" or do "bad." I love to find moments of humor and connection, but I am also prepared to sit with my clients in pain and processing. I enjoy pulling my client's creative strengths and problem solving.

As a transgender, queer, neurodivergent (ADHD) therapist, I specialize in supporting folks through gender and sexual identities and neurodiverse diagnoses such as ADHD, OCD and Autism.

I became a therapist because:

I've been on the other side of the chair in therapy, and I have seen the healing power of a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
