Integrative feminist therapy is free-flowing, interactive discussion informed by trauma research, mindfulness coping strategies, modern psychoanalysis, and attachment theory. We see behaviors as protective, and find a way to increase your agency.

Together, we will:

talk about your family of origin, life history, and the present struggles to live how you want to. We explore the wisdom your emotions are offering, so they don't overwhelm or surprise you. We will explore values you wish to live by in the future.

I specialize in working with people who:

are curious what therapy is like, who are tired of living on an emotional rollercoaster, and who find themselves helping others so much that there isn't space for self care. I support people trying to understand confusing relationship dynamics, too.

I became a therapist because:

I am obsessed with exploring the human condition. I love exploring life stories and making sense of the history that makes people who they are.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

the location I am developing is truly unique and intensely beautiful. We can sit outside and look out at the mountains, and breathe fresh air.

I maintain a small practice of people who are serious about the value of the therapeutic process. I offer non-pathologizing, politically-informed, interactive service. I strive to be anti-racist, anti-oppressive, gender and neurodiversity affirming.
