Something to know about my approach is:

Integrative feminist therapy is an interactive discussion informed by trauma research, mindfulness coping strategies, modern psychoanalysis, attachment and polyvagal theory. I don't consider you ill or broken, but a survivor of tough circumstances.

Together, we will:

talk about your family of origin, life history, and the present struggles to live how you want to. We explore the wisdom your emotions are offering, so they don't overwhelm or surprise you. We will explore values that guide you into your future.

I specialize in working with people who:

love the therapeutic process, who are tired of living on an emotional rollercoaster, and who are on the path to create a life that feels right and emphasizes their interests. I support people trying to understand confusing relationship dynamics, too.

I became a therapist because:

I never tire of exploring the human condition. I listen to life stories and we make sense of the history that makes people who they are.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

that we are flexible to meet virtually as a default. We can also meet in person in a beautiful, remote setting with a mountain view and nature.

I maintain a small practice of people who are serious about the value of the therapeutic process. I offer non-pathologizing, politically-informed, interactive service. I strive to be anti-racist, anti-oppressive, gender and neurodiversity affirming.
