Working with me as a counselor means receiving an evidence based approach and having a compassionate and non-judgmental space to move forward in.
I support individuals dealing with stress, depression, grief, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, trauma, or those simply needing someone to talk to. Text or call 336-663-6570. Most clients notice symptom improvement within the first month.
Together, we will focus on developing effective coping skills and reducing your symptoms. We'll also work on making positive life changes and constructively facing difficulties to promote overall well-being.
With my background as both a school counselor in the local school system and a college counselor, I truly understand the unique challenges you're facing. Whether you're grappling with stress, depression, grief, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, or trauma.
We are all trying to navigate this journey called life. At times, it is a straight path and while during other times, life sends us on detours.
I offer therapy in office as well as online. My office has an outdoor space that gives us the opportunity to do a walk and talk or sit outside.
I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and other evidence-based methods to empower you to build resilience and overcome challenges with compassion. Contact me - Text or Call 336-663-6570
