I blend teaching coping strategies and processing to help clients move through the patterns that keep them stuck. My goal is to help you connect with parts of yourself that already know how to heal.

I primarily specialize in working with moms navigating postpartum anxiety, burnout, ADHD and identity shifts. Many of my clients look “fine” on the outside but feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of what they need. My work helps them slow down, tune in, and start rebuilding from a place of authenticity and self-compassion.

Therapy changed my own understanding of what healing looks like; it’s not about perfection or quick fixes, but learning to listen to yourself with more kindness. I became a therapist to help others find that same relief and self-trust, especially in the messy middle of figuring life out.
