About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

I am a telehealth therapist serving the LGBTQ+ community in North Carolina. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for all clients, ages 11 and up.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

My style of therapy incorporates a mix of client-centered therapy and a collaborative approach. By allowing you to be the focus of your own healing journey, you are in control of setting your goals, and I am here to help guide you along this path.

  • Together, we will:

When we become in sync with our genuine selves and seek our relationships and activities aligning with these values, we unlock the potential to flourish in life. Through self-awareness and acceptance I believe we become the best version of ourselves.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

LGBT+ issues, trauma, and anxiety. While working with the LGBTQ+ community is my passion, I am available to work with all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and ages.

  • More about me and my practice:

I offered therapy via telehealth only to better serve anyone interested in counseling, despite their location, access to transportation, or schedule. I offer a sliding scale and evening scheduling because everyone should have access to therapy.
