My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in nervous system healing, with a focus on boundaries, identity, and creating relationships that feel safe and balanced.

Together, we’ll create calm, rebuild trust in yourself, and shift the patterns holding back. I truly feel honored to be a therapist and do this work. I work with people who feel like their minds just won’t quit, carrying the weight of all the “what ifs.” Living with pressure, navigating chronic illness, or healing from religious trauma can take a huge toll.

I specialize in working with people who are coming to therapy to address anxiety, burnout or trauma related symptoms. Many of my clients are high achieving helping professionals (teachers, medical professionals, caregivers, etc). In addition I often work with clients with Type 1 Diabetes (I have T1D myself) or people from the LDS/Mormon background.
