About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Empathetic, supportive, kind, authentic, humorous and fun spirited.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I utilize an integrative person-centered, Health at Every Size, trauma-informed approach within our work. This includes using the therapeutic modalities of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Somatic Psychotherapy.

  • Together, we will:

You feel exhausted by the constant thoughts of worry, the great fear of the unknown or piercing pain of panic. The cycle of guilt and shame leave you feeling hopeless. Maybe you find your past experiences are carried into your present moment life.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Feel trapped in unhelpful patterns, controlled by their emotions or thoughts, or alone in their struggles. You struggle with shame, your body and food, addictions, substances and seek comfort through control and external measurements of your worth.

  • I became a therapist because:

My work is fueled from walking my own recovery road, which inspired me to bring my clinical expertise to a greater level.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

It's completly online! All you need is a wifi connection on your computer, or phone. You have the ability to create your comfortable, safe space.

  • More about me and my practice:

You don't have to weather these storms alone, and I'd be honored to work with you in creating the positive change you desire. I am committed to creating a safe, non judgmental, supportive space for you to heal, recover and thrive.
