I’m a believer that if you really want to change, you have to take what you learn in therapy and practice implementing it in your day-to-day life. That’s why I give my clients exercises or prompts to use outside of therapy.

Work in high-pressure environments like business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, or working moms- people who on the outside are doing everything right, but inside feel stressed, anxious, or unsure of themselves.
I became a therapist because:
I really love learning how people think and helping them feel more empowered and self aware. I genuinely can't imagine doing anything else.
