About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

My clients describe me as personable, accepting, direct, and understanding. I strive to help my clients feel free to explore their emotions.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I give space to my clients to explore their emotions while processing situations, trauma, or negative emotions that they may currently experience or have dealt with in their past.

  • Together, we will:

We will walk along your healing journey together while you grow to be the strongest version of yourself. We will process difficult situations/ feelings, and learn how to better understand and manage the emotions that come from them.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and impulse control. I also have experience working with people experiencing addiction and family therapy.

  • I became a therapist because:

I became a therapist to help others learn to manage and process the negative situations, thoughts, or trauma they have experienced.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy 100% online, due to the covid-19 pandemic along with wanting to meet the needs and scheduling availability for all clients.

  • More about me and my practice:

I have a strong focus on mindfulness techniques, along with CBT, DBT, and strengths perspective. I believe that our mental health impacts our bodies as much as our mind and once we learn how to manage that, our true healing occurs.
