I specialize in working with people who struggle to slow down, say no, and trust themselves. Many of my clients describe feeling anxious, disconnected, or guilty for taking up space. Together, we work on finding peace without losing their sense of purpose.

I became a therapist because I feel a strong calling to walk with people through their healing. I’ve seen how easily we lose ourselves trying to be strong, and I believe everyone deserves a space to rest, process, and rebuild from a place of peace and truth.

When I’m not in session, I enjoy cooking, laughing with my husband, writing, and traveling to places that help me slow down and reset. I value stillness, connection, and moments that remind me life is meant to be lived not just managed.
