When it comes to therapy, my approach depends on the clients personality, upbringing and a lot of other things assessed in the initial consultation. Therapy is different for everyone and sometimes adjustments always need to be made.

Together, we will create a plan and manage any diagnosis disorder or obstruction preventing the client from not feel 100% mentally. This may take time to deconstruct trauma, past incidents and or past decisions.

The clinician specializes in working with individuals with disabilities and other intellectual and physical restrictions. The clinician has started her journey mostly working in the School systems but has moved into private practice.

I became a therapist because:

The clinician became a therapist due to having a family growing up who suffered from schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other severe mental disorde.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

As a private practice counselor, enriched with minorities, our ultimate goal is to combat the stigma of mental health and our marginalized communities
