I've always been a bit of an oddball and so are many of my clients. I enjoy helping people with depression, anxiety, past trauma, and OCD.

I am very goal-oriented with my methods. I do a lot more than just talk to you. We will use evidence-based methods to help you eliminate or significantly reduce your issues. I will work with you to make real change happen.

Truly work on your issues. Sometimes, we will explore your struggles at a deeper level, sometimes we will use worksheets, sometimes we will do something completely different. I will explain the process to you along the way.
