    I most commonly employ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which promotes psychological flexibility, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also utilize elements of other evidence-based counseling models and mindfulness to empower people.

    work together so you can reduce the impact of anxiety and other issues you're facing, learn to better trust yourself and stop battling your emotions, freeing you to more effectively create and enjoy a life of meaning.

    I specialize in working with people who are experiencing high levels of anxiety or have an anxiety disorder, who are facing life transitions or women's issues (including with challenging relationships or self-esteem issues).

    I know how important it is, when you're struggling, to have someone who can understand your experience and help you through it.

    I offer tele-health services, which means I can serve anyone in North Carolina as long as they have a working internet connection or phone service.
