Something to know about my approach is:
My approach is collaborative and creative. Through the therapy process I can help you find peace of mind, learn coping skills, encourage more joy and meaning, help you engage in life more fully and put the past in it's place.
Together, we will:
I'm a holistic, multicultural therapist helping older teens and adults with trauma, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I'm trained in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, ACT and Mindfulness. I'm also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.
I specialize in working with people who:
My clients may have experienced trauma and want to heal and return to their "old self" as well as build resiliency. I also work with those who are struggling with self-esteem and eating disorders, whether it be anorexia, bulimia, binge eating etc..
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer virtual therapy enabling my clients to cut down on commuting time, show up in comfy clothes, and settle in with coffee, tea or pets.
More about me and my practice:
While some therapists adopt a more passive role of simply listening, my approach is different. I engage actively, offering both support and challenges to encourage you to craft a life that truly inspires you.
