Struggle with feeling anxious or panicked, disconnected from others, & find it hard to get out of people pleasing behaviors. Many of my clients struggle with chronic health, issues of identity, deep feelings of loss, sleep issues, & panic attacks.

I have lived experience with disability, am an active duty military spouse, and I am also a cancer survivor. I am deeply passionate about serving the folks within the cancer community as a way to serve in my survivorship.
