Therapy with me is informed by a humanistic & systems lens, that is that I deeply believe in each person's ability to move towards growth and also recognize the systems at play in our larger life that impact our mental health.

We will work to develop skills that allow you to feel more resilient. Whether that is through processing and honoring deep grief, working through feelings of fear/panic/anxiety, or growing your ability to experience deep emotions while feeling safe.

I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with feelings of overwhelm, panic, or excessive worrying. Many of the clients I treat struggle with feeling safe in their bodies, often have a trauma history, and have a form of chronic illness or pain.

I became a therapist because:

Of a therapist who impacted me in my youth after a difficult upbringing. She gave me hope and I wanted to impact people in the same way.

More about me and my practice:

I have lived experience with disability, am an active duty military spouse, and I am also a cancer survivor. I am deeply passionate about serving the folks within the cancer community as a way to serve in my survivorship.
