We work together to find ways to help you find peace when life is hard. Yes, things suck right now, and ignoring that doesn't help. But together, we can find ways to acknowledge the circumstances while also not being overwhelmed.

Figure out who you truly are! Many of my clients are working through identity questions: recent ADHD or autism diagnoses, sexuality, gender identity, or balancing being a parent while remaining true to themselves.

I specialize in working with people who:

Don't fit in, and never have. Oftentimes, these people are late-diagnosed autistic or ADHD, and while this helps explain those feelings of disconnectedness, they are now looking for ways to be who they genuinely are and figure out where they belong.

I became a therapist because:

In many ways, I've been where you are. I know the struggles of not having a safe place to explore who you are, and I wanted to provide that to others.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I am completely virtual! You can have all of your comfort items with you (including pets) and don't have to battle traffic or factor in drive time.

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer and a parent, I truly understand the struggles faced by many of my clients. My goal is not to change you, but to meet you where you are and help you find your way through the struggles you are facing.
