Something to know about my approach is:

I utilize my approach to meet you, as an individual, with where you're at and what you're wanting to accomplish. I want our therapeutic space to feel creative, engaging, thoughtful, and comfortable. I want us all to show up as our human selves.

Together, we will:

work on whatever it is you're wanting to work on, whether it be communication, stress, sexual pain, or any relationship struggles in your life. You can talk to me about anything you need or want to, and we can figure out a plan together.

I specialize in working with people who:

are wanting to work on themselves or their relationship with others! People who need to process relationship dynamics, whether that's their self-relationship or their friends/family/romantic relationships.

I became a therapist because:

I have always been a "natural" therapist - meaning I enjoy understanding others and the "whys" of myself and those around me. It's who I am.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

it's online, from the comfort of you're own home! One day I hope to be able to offer an in person setting as well as an online option.

I show up authentically, and I honor who you are as an authentic being in this world. I want us to have an open feedback setting in order to know what is and what is not working for you so that you get the most out the experience as possible.
