I lean heavily on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We'll focus on the things you can control as you make decisions and set goals that are centered on your personal values. You'll be supported as you find the techniques that work for you. Couples are encouraged to be their most authentic selves as they explore reconciliation, separation, or divorce.

Navigate some of life's most difficult transitions - active parenting to empty nesting, married to separated, newbie to experienced professional. You'll get to know yourself, maybe for the first time, get clarity about what you really want from life, and set goals to help you get there.

Warm, relaxed, and friendly. I have an informal style that feels more chatty than clinical. I defer to my clients as the experts of their own experience and adjust my approach based on their feedback. I generally let clients set the pace of the work - you'll decide how quickly things progress and how deep you want to go.
