Monday- Thursday (10am, 11am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm)
My clients describe me as:
warm, LGBTQIA+ affirming, accepting and supportive.
Something to know about my approach is:
that it I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. I find that these approaches have been very successful in helping my clients work through various issues that have affected their mental health.
Together, we will:
discuss issues that have prevented you from having the quality of life you would like to have from a mental health perspective. Work through issues and/or ways of thinking that have brought you success on your journey or have inhibited you.
I specialize in working with people who:
are Queer, LGBTQIA+. I also work with people who are affirming and are ready to do the work necessary to improve their current mental health.
I became a therapist because:
I believe I have been gifted with the ability help others navigate through some of the toughest periods of their lives.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
that my practice is virtual. This allows my clients to see me in the comfort of their own environment.
More about me and my practice:
I have been practicing as a therapist/counselor for about 18 years. I enjoy helping others realize their mental health goals and heal from past trauma.
