My clients describe me as:
Understanding, non-judgmental, knowledgeable
Something to know about my approach is:
I provide services in a manner that reinforces the dignity of each and the rights of that individual to understand what is best for their progress. I communicate with individuals and their families openly and directly. I consider them partners.
Together, we will:
Work to resolve issues the individual sees as a stressor. I do not label problems or issues important to the person as insignificant.
I specialize in working with people who:
Struggling with their identity. I work well with individuals in recovery or moving towards recovery. I also work with individuals whom want to explore their sexual identity.
I became a therapist because:
I became a therapist to help those labeled as minorities. Minority status goes beyond race and expands into other areas of life.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I advocate for individuals and families who have been marginalized by society, by providing a safe and respectfully environment to receive treatment.
