About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

supportive, non-judgmental, asking good questions, calming, wearing good scarves in the wintertime

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic space of warmth, compassion, curiosity, and playfulness., and where people can embrace their whole selves.

  • Together, we will:

Clarify your goals, connect to your innate healing potential, become more aware of how you are experiencing and responding to life, and help you live into who you want to be.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

I am especially passionate about working with queer and trans folks, as well as people of other marginalized identities.

  • I became a therapist because:

I had some really powerful experiences with my own therapy, and I wanted to use some of what I'd learned to benefit others.

  • More about me and my practice:

I believe that taking care of and healing ourselves is a critical and revolutionary act (h/t Audre Lorde), and also that addressing systemic injustice and community health is as important as individualized services.
