Not accepting new individual clients, but I am accepting clients for the Adult ADHD telehealth group on Tuesdays at 6:00pm.

OFFERS REMOTE THERAPY
NOT ACCEPTING CLIENTS
My clients describe me as:
supportive, open-minded, empathetic, flexible, creative, patient, and empowering.
Something to know about my approach is:
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques including CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, play therapy, mindfulness, and ACT to help you work on the treatment goals and needs that are important to you or for your child.
Together, we will:
work on the goals and needs that you value and change them as needed. Many clients I see are working towards increased calm, confidence, change, healing, self-acceptance, and strengthening relationships.
I specialize in working with people who:
are experiencing life changes, problems with self-esteem, difficulty controlling worry, traumatic stress, and challenges emotionally, socially or academically related to ADHD or anxiety symptoms.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy helping people pursue change, healing, and growth and being able to witness how resilient, unique, and strong people are.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
that telehealth is convenient and helpful for many clients who have busy schedules, don't want to deal with traffic, or just want to stay home.
More about me and my practice:
Currently I only provide telehealth services because of the pandemic. When things improve I hope to offer office based therapy in the Lake Norman area and will also continue to provide telehealth. I offer some evening and Sunday appointments.
