My approach comes from a psychodynamic perspective. That means I want to learn about your values, your upbringing, and your beliefs about yourself, in order to identify and change patterns that are disrupting your life.

Identify the areas in your life towards which you want to devote more attention and care. After that, we will develop a comprehensive plan that allows you to move towards the things you want, rather than running away from the things you fear.
