My goal in therapy is for you to feel comfortable and safe. I prioritize having a therapeutic relationship with my clients, so when you start therapy, we can work together for you to learn new tools for communication and identifying unhealthy patterns.

Together, we will explore your identity and understand how it relates to relationships and family dynamics. We will work together to create a safe space to practice communication styles, increase positive coping skills, and manage emotions.

I specialize in working with individuals who want to grow and understand themselves more. I help my clients sort through the relationships in their lives and find healthier ways to show up for themselves and deepen their understanding of self.

I became a therapist so that I can offer a safe space for others to share their emotions and vulnerabilities and not feel shamed.

I love working with individuals from a multicultural background who have experienced a change in their life, who are looking for ways to better cope and manage everything that comes with transition.
