I specialize in working with people who:
are usually high-functioning but are currently struggling due to a life-change. This may include a divorce, loss of a loved one, health issues, career change, or going/returning to college. Many of my clients are looking for ways to manage anxiety.

All of my services are offered on-line for those in NC. This is convenient for clients as it eliminates travel time & allows you to choose your space.
