My clients describe me as:
caring, compassionate, resourceful and interested in their healing journey. For me, therapy is a collaborative and compassionate process.
Something to know about my approach is:
that I am an attachment trauma focus therapist and will help you look at your life and understand how specific events and family patterns keep impacting your life today. For those interested, I will use EMDR, EFT or guided imagery to help you heal.
Together, we will:
look at your life and the various issues you are facing that make you unhappy, stressed, concerned and lost. I work from a systemic perspective. So understanding your family, relationship patterns and your world as you see it are important to me.
I specialize in working with people who:
have experienced attachment wounds and trauma. I have extensive training in working with Adoptive families and children. I feel passionate about working with parents and teens.. I love working with women empowering them to Embrace their True Self.
I became a therapist because:
I like helping others and advocating for others. I am passionate about the field of counseling and love to see clients transform themselves in therapy
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
is that I am currently offering Telehealth and focusing on making clients feel comfortable from the comfort of their home. I also integrate creativity
