I bring a warm, nonjudgmental stance where you won’t feel like you’re being graded or blamed. I act as a “decoder” for your relationship, helping you and your partner understand each other’s patterns, sensitivities, and needs so you can restore closeness and move out of cycles of conflict.

We will work to rebuild connection, trust, and intimacy. You’ll learn to communicate in ways that truly reach one another, identify and change recurring patterns of disconnection, and shift from simply coexisting to feeling like a team again. You will leave therapy feeling more connected and supported.
