Q&A
Clients have called me "Emotional Google". I'm professional but you can feel safe and laugh with me too. I'll help you find the answers you seek.
My office is a shame-free zone. We'll put your experience in context so that you can learn to approach yourself and your decisions with the compassion you deserve.
Explore the way your past is holding you back, and break down unhelpful ways of looking at the world while having compassion for the shelter or comfort they may have provided at an earlier time in your life. You'll forge a new, clearer lens.
If you've been successful in spite of knowing that that "thing" from your past is still haunting you and you feel like it's finally time to address it because it's starting to make itself known at work, in your relationships, or at home. I can help.
Humans are awesome. My job is to help you tap into the strengths that are already within you. We just need to pluck the string so they resonate again.
I offer both telehealth for your safety and convenience, as well as appointments in my stylish modern office space in North Raleigh, NC.
Every aspect of my practice is trauma-informed. Care with my is different because I come from a place of "what happened to you" rather than "what's wrong with you". Your trauma is valid and your story matters.
