I am a Gestalt Therapist which is a somatic, present-centered, mindfulness-based approach. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship itself. From there, a variety of techniques are used to bring your body and mind working in unison.

Together, we will explore various parts of you that are known, unknown, & have been fragmented off - parts of you that you like & don't like in order to become more whole. You will gain a new awareness of your entire self through our relationship.

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who struggle with codependency, perfectionism, getting their own needs met, & shame. These folks look "fine" on the outside, but underneath are in pain and often anxious and depressed.

I struggled in my formative years & adulthood, young I entered into therapy at age 21 and began a journey that changed my life and professional goals.
