I am a Gestalt Therapist which is a somatic, present-centered, mindfulness-based approach. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship itself. From there, a variety of techniques are used to bring your body and mind working in unison.

I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who struggle with codependency, perfectionism, getting their own needs met, & shame. These folks look "fine" on the outside, but underneath are in pain and often anxious and depressed.
I became a therapist because:
I struggled in my formative years & adulthood, young I entered into therapy at age 21 and began a journey that changed my life and professional goals.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer telehealth & in-person in NC, as well as walk-and-talk & outdoor therapy in rural NC on our beautiful property surrounded by farms and woods.
