About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Warm, compassionate, caring, reliable, a good listener, validating, funny, down to earth, and serene.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I am collaborative with my clients in setting goals. I use an eclectic approach in therapy, incorporating talk therapy with mindfulness techniques and movements to assist clients in developing resilience. Some of the work will be experiential.

  • Together, we will:

explore challenges through an intersectional lens; explore past & current relationships; find coping skills that work for you; examine beliefs regarding yourself, the others and the world; and work through traumatic events in a compassionate manner.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

have been through trauma, both on an individual and a systemic level. I specialize in working with female identifying college students, the LGBTQ + community, and the Latinx community.

  • I became a therapist because:

I wanted to help others learn how to heal and how to empower themselves.
