I specialize in working with adults and teens (16+) facing trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. I have extensive experience with veterans, individuals struggling with PTSD, suicidal ideation, and addiction.

I became a therapist because of my passion for helping others heal, grow, and break free from past pain to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

I offer therapy at the Heart of Salisbury in historic downtown Salisbury! You can also enjoy a massage or yoga in the same building for total wellness
