My approach is warm, affirming, and relational. I create a safe space to explore your story, notice old patterns, tend to your inner child, and unpack the weight of expectations, burnout, grief, and past wounds at your own pace.

Together we will explore what you’ve been carrying, identify and shift the patterns that keep you stuck, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others so you can feel more seen, secure, and heard in your life and relationships.

My clients describe me as grounded, compassionate, and nonjudgmental—someone who can hold space for both the strong parts of you and the hurting parts of you, meeting you with honesty, care, and steady support while we move at a pace that feels safe for you.

I specialize in working with people who are often “the strong one” for everyone else yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or alone; adults healing from inner child wounds, family expectations, burnout, or grief; and couples stuck in the same patterns who long for more honesty, ease, and real connection.
