My approach to therapy is trauma-driven and client-centered, with a splash of humor. I have specialized training in trauma and trauma-processing techniques and experience with anxiety, depression, teen identity struggles, and school difficulties.

My passion is assisting people facing the challenges of trauma aftermath, teens and adults tired of "pushing forward" following trauma. I also support teens & adults navigating issues related to identity, relationships, mood, and life's changes.
