I use some of the newest mind/ body approaches such as Brainspotting, EMDR, and other modalities to help process and bring new insights about your thoughts and feelings. Together we help you develop new tools, identify obstacles, and clarify desires.

are on the journey of fertility, pregnancy, or new parents who are feeling isolated or overwhelmed with all that entails. I am uniquely equipped to help my clients address and work through disappointments, taboos, and traumas while creating new paths

I offer teletherapy which provides you with the comfort of accessing therapy from your own home. I often play ocean sounds to create a soothing feel.
