My approach is honest, real, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when we can be fully ourselves — messy, sarcastic, confused, or angry included. I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful, but I’ll also sit with you in the hard stuff without judgment.

Figure out what’s keeping you stuck and start untangling it. We’ll build insight, learn new ways of thinking about your story, and find strategies that actually work for you. My goal isn’t to “fix” you, it’s to help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always been strong, capable, and worth caring for.

Real, funny, and straight to the point. They often tell me it feels like talking to someone they can be completely honest with. I’m not afraid to use humor when it helps, and I don’t hide behind therapist jargon or fake neutrality.

Grew up in environments that made them doubt themselves — whether that’s from religious trauma, strict or emotionally unavailable families, or years of masking ADHD. I work best with people who are ready to dig deep and make sense of why they feel stuck, burnt out, or disconnected from who they are.

I know what it’s like to feel like you’re supposed to have it all together while quietly falling apart inside. Therapy was life-changing for me, and I wanted to create a space where people can finally drop the mask and be fully seen with no shame and no pretending.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor offering virtual sessions for adults across North Carolina. My sessions are casual, conversational, and focused on real change with no awkward silences or forced coping skills here. Just real talk, genuine connection, and a plan to help you feel like yourself again.
