I’m a self-proclaimed “depth therapist”. I want to help you achieve long term symptom relief. We could put a band aid on the emotional wounds you’ve experienced every day for the next 50 years, OR we could clean it out, seal it, and ensure it heals.

I work well with neurodivergent clients and high-functioning perfectionist types. If you can understand your feelings, but not feel them, we will work well together. We discuss attachment, childhood, relationships, trauma, and everything in between.

I provide a non-judgmental, yet direct and guiding approach. My clients describe me ans Approachable, easy to talk to, trustworthy, witty and caring.

Life is hard enough, I want to be there. If you are sarcastic, neurospicy, want to be able to talk through life, understand yourself better, process the heavy stuff, and really just be a positive support and relationship we will work well.

Recognizing the incredibly positive and life changing impact therapy can make, I pivoted from medicine to address a different component of health.

Opening my own practice has been a dream come true. I get to focus my energy on my clients and caring for them in the way that works best. I see many of clients for long periods of time, getting to know them through the years is a privilege.

I get to be with my dogs (sometimes a cat) and see clients in their own environment where they feel safest processing my the deep and heavy emotions.
