I'm not a blank slate, I'm here with you in healing from being the "best" and taking on everything like it's your job (because I've been there too). Fears of being judged, criticized and yelled at don't have to rule your life anymore.

Explore expectations. You are expected to do so much in a day; you are responsible for the mental load of the house, your kid’s safety and well being, and you start wondering “why can’t I do it all like everybody else?”

I specialize in working with people who:

are always "on" and doing but desperately want to be able to sit down and just be. You're tired of going nonstop while also feeling like you aren't doing anything well. You wonder what life would be like if you actually got to say what's on your mind

I became a therapist because:

As a recovering people pleaser and avoider, I know what it's like to feel uneasy, on edge-like you're always falling short no matter how hard you try.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer EMDR intensives that are efficient, effective and great for busy moms- intensives are like the fast pass of therapy! Shorter line, same result

More about me and my practice:

I’m a California native now living in Ohio (practicing in OH and NY). I love dancing, karaoke, all things 90s/early 2000s. I love crafting and creating! I'm also a mom to a toddler :) I also do my own EMDR therapy intensives- so I know what it's like
