My counseling style is more laid back, I want us to feel like we are just having a conversation while also developing new skills or processing through stress. I believe in treating anyone with respect and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels.

I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with day to day life including general stress/anxiety, depression, career burnout, gender identity, etc and need a space to freely discuss everything and anything. I provide an LGBTQ+ affirming space for those who are seeking one.

I became a therapist because:

I've always loved helping and listening to people. I was always the friend that everyone would turn to and I wanted to find a career that did the same

I am 100% virtual so as long as you are located in Ohio, we can work together!
