I’ve been a geek my whole life and I often bring that into sessions with various fandoms and movie quotes. I don’t come in with a preconceived agenda and instead work to meet you where you are at and discover what you truly want from life.

I have experiences in many different areas but some are near and dear to my heart: College age students, chronic illness, life transaction, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, geek informed therapy (Pop culture, video games, D&D, etc) and pre-marital

I became a therapist because:

After my own childhood experiences, I became a therapist because I wanted to help people know that they aren’t alone; there are people that care.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

We are exclusively a Telehealth practice for the time being which allow us to offer therapy for the comfort and safety of your own environment.
