I draw on many different theories in my work as a counselor: attachment theory, mindfulness and meditation, psychodynamic theory, stages of change model, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and CBT. I will tailor our work together to your needs.

I specialize in working with college students and young adults. I have experience working in the areas of depression, developmental trauma, spirituality, addiction, sexually compulsive behavior, grief and loss, and anxiety.
