I see clients Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, noon to 5p.
My clients describe me as:
genuine, perceptive, approachable, & insightful. I get to the core quickly, with compassion and support. I make talking about hard stuff easier.
Something to know about my approach is:
I can work as quickly or slowly as my clients need. Sometimes people are capable of quick, lasting growth and change. Sometimes, the approach needs to be more measured, with time to integrate changes each step of the way. I help you find your pace.
Together, we will:
understand where you are right now in your relationship, where you want to be, and design a plan to get you there. We'll work on communication, trust, intimacy, connection, sex, and kids/in-laws, among other things.
I specialize in working with people who:
want to make a positive difference in their relationship, whether they're coming alone or with their partner. And if the relationship isn't able to be preserved, I help people take it apart together, with care and respect.
I became a therapist because:
I believe that relationships are where the really good stuff of life comes from, and I wanted to help others get more love and joy in their lives.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
the Center for Mind, Body, and Play is in a 19th century mansion, where King George V dined and danced prior to WW2. It's full of light and energy!
More about me and my practice:
I use my 23+ years of experience, my own life, & my extensive training to help people just like you heal and strengthen their most important relationships. Whether you come alone or with your partner, I know some effective ways to make things better.
