I listen, care, challenge appropriately, provide techniques and information that you can use intentionally. I make connections between past and present, feelings, thoughts and bodily state that help you to understand your symptoms and create change.

Talk about whatever you need to, define your goals, and work to understand your symptoms. The treatment plan will combine talk therapy, body work, and behavior change. We can work with other providers in a team approach if needed.

I specialize in working with people who:

Have experienced chronic stress/trauma/abuse in the past or present, are depressed or anxious, struggling with relationship issues, having mental health issues around fertility, pregnancy, adjusting to a newborn, or during or after pregnancy.
