I specialize in the treatment of trauma and work through a trauma-informed lens to help gain understanding and growth. I use a combination of DBT, EMDR, and Psychodynamic therapies with a little bit of humor to create an individualized approach.

Have had experiences that make them feel stuck, overwhelmed, scared, disoriented, angry, sad, and isolated. I work with adults who are moving through difficult experiences and need supported in finding their own strength and tap into resiliency.
