I've had success working with a diverse range of clients and specialize in working with people dealing with stress/anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship concerns, life transitions, addictions, mood disorders, panic and PTSD; I'm EMDR trained.

I became a therapist because:

Mental health has great meaning in my own life and from a young age I dreamed of helping people as a therapist and still believe it's my calling.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer in-person or online therapy. My office is centrally located and is within a 20 minute drive of almost anywhere in or around Dayton.
