My clients describe me as:
having a style that is compassionate and laid back with the goal of empowering you to be the best you can be.
Something to know about my approach is:
In a session with me, we will focus on engaging in a holistic, trauma-informed, and strength-based approach toward well-being. We will not only work on ways to help you cope but to understand why and where these issues come from.
Together, we will:
collaborate in conversation to help you reach your goals in a supportive space for vulnerability. Dealing with life and its challenges can be difficult, and you do not have to handle it alone. I would love to be a part of your support team!
I specialize in working with people who:
are in the perinatal period of their lives. Specialities of mine include PMADs, grief or loss, and adjustments or transitions. The populations I serve are mothers, fathers, partners, non-gestational parents, and grandparents.
I became a therapist because:
I enjoy working with people to obtain the tools to grow and learn about themselves.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
you can do it wherever you are most comfortable, even if that means in your PJ's!
