I approach counseling wholistically and believe our mental health is intricately connected to our bodies and souls. I address mental health and invite clients to also explore physical and spiritual factors that affecting their emotions.

I invite clients to start their work with me by refining their ability to function better in their day-to-day and then we gradually explore parts of their story and past that need to be resolved or healed.
